Executive Summary: |
On August 11, 2015, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 9122, amending applicable Sections of City Code Chapter 19 to include the two-year schedule of rates for water service and sewage disposal service effective as of November 15, 2015 and November 15, 2016, respectively. Ordinance No. 9122 also amended Code Section 19-318 to reflect the available low-income guidelines (110% of the Federal poverty level) for low-income, elderly person eligibility for reduced water and sewer charges, effective as of November 15, 2015 only. Ordinance No. 9315 amends Code Section 19-318 to reflect the new low-income guidelines effective as of publication and passage as provided by law. |
