Executive Summary: |
The HRC has determined that the attached properties meet the criteria identified in 22-403. The HRC adopted resolutions recommending designation of properties as Landmarks and a Historic District on the Lawrence Register of Historic Places. Chapter 22 requires the City Commission to consider the application of a landmark or historic district nomination at a public hearing. The City Commission may approve an ordinance designating the nominated properties as landmarks and a historic district in accordance with the findings of the HRC.
