Executive Summary: |
The Vermont Place NRA project plan will not be completed for the November 1, 2016 meeting. Staff is coordinating with Douglas County staff regarding how the properly word the plan as it relates to the future condominium units and the apportionment of the base on all future units. The Public Incentive Review Committee (PIRC) will still consider this item and the other NRA request at its November 1, 2016 meeting. The remaining schedule for the Vermont Place NRA request will be modified accordingly.
The City Commission should open the public hearing and consider a motion to defer the public hearing until the December 6, 2016 meeting. |
