Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Approve Statement of Final Costs, Assessment Roll and Notice of Public Hearing.  Establish November 15, 2016, at 5:45 p.m. for the purpose of hearing written and oral objections to the Pioneer Ridge Center and Pioneer Ridge Benefit District.
Executive Summary:		The Commission received a petition for improvements/maintenance on Mesa Way from Lawrence Avenue to Frontier Road.  This is a private street. There are two business associations that comprise the two benefit districts.  The project was bid with the city 2016 street maintenance projects.  Both projects are complete.  The project costs are one hundred percent (100%) paid by the benefit district. The Commission action is to approve the final costs and assessment roll; and establish November 15, 2016 for a public hearing date.  Notices of the final costs will be sent to each property owner.
