Staff recommends the City Commission accept vacation and dedication of easements associated with the Minor Subdivision MS-16-00353 located at 1020 E. 23rd Street/K-10 Highway if appropriate. |

Executive Summary: |
A Minor Subdivision application was submitted on August 16, 2016 to the Lawrence-Douglas County Metropolitan Planning Office.
The Minor Subdivision proposes a lot split creating two lots that are in conformance with Subdivision Regulations. Both lots will take access off of an existing access point which is currently shared with the parcel to the west. Drainage and utility easements will be changing to service the newly created lot and maintain service access to neighboring lots. Staff recommends that the Governing Body accept vacation and dedication of easements associated with the Minor Subdivision MS-16-00353 if appropriate. |
