Authorize Mayor to sign pedestrian agreement with SNH CHS Properties Trust for sidewalk construction associated with PW1503 Bob Billings Parkway Corridor project. |

Executive Summary: |
On June 14, 2016 City Commission approved bid for improvements to Bob Billings Parkway corridor between Bob White Drive and Kasold Drive. The project was part of the 2015 Capital Improvement Plan. A pedestrian easement is required for a new sidewalk segment near the Bob Billings Intersection with Inverness Drive (South). |

The fiscal impact to the City is $700.00. This item will be paid for from funds budgeted for the PW1503 Bob Billings Corridor Project. That project is funded from infrastructure sales tax fund and general obligation bonds. |
