Executive Summary: |
The City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 9206 on May 25, 2016 amending various sections of Chapter 20 of the City Code to create standards and definitions related to Urban Agriculture. The Code previously only addressed large animal ag standards. With the recent amendments, Animal Agriculture was defined and divided into Small Animal and Large Animal uses. The existing Section 20-502 had been referred only to Animal Agriculture and the amendment should have included revisions to specify that this standard applies to Large Animal Agriculture. This ordinance inserts the word Large to correct the omission. |
