Contractor Licensing Board: Appoint Seth Martin (785.841.8476) to the position designated for a licensed general contractor, and to a term that expires 12/31/19.  Appoint Katie Nichols (785.331.3399) to the position designated for a licensed architect, and to a term that expires 12/31/18. Hospital Board: Reappoint Cindy Yulich (785.749.0800) to an additional term that expires 09/30/20.
