ORDINANCE NO. 9276

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2015 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO NO PARKING

          BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:    From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices;

          No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing, is hereby established along the northerly side of Diamondhead Drive from George Williams Way, to a point 210 feet southerly from Palisades Drive;

          No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing, School Days, 3:30-4:30PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 2:00-3:00PM Wednesdays, is hereby established along the easterly side of Diamondhead Drive from Palisades Drive, southerly 210 feet; and,

          No Parking, No Stopping, No Standing, is hereby established along the southerly side of Diamondhead Drive from a point 280 feet southerly from Palisades Drive, easterly 45 feet.

SECTION II:  The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
