Executive Summary: |
This is a request from the Langston Heights Development LLC and NKR properties LLC to allow Detached Residential Development in the developing Langston Heights Subdivision. The properties provided to be rezoned are located at 6304, 6305, 6310, 6311, 6316, & 6317 Steeple Chase Court and 905, 911, 917, 923, 929, & 935 Renaissance Drive.
Approval of the request allows continued low density residential development of the area. No changes to the approved subdivision plat are required as a result of this rezoning.
The Planning Commission considered this item at their August 22, 2016 meeting and voted unanimously to forward the rezoning to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval. |
