This is a request from Landplan Engineering on behalf of Savannah Holdings, LLCS for a rezoning from RM12D-FP (Multi-Dwelling Residential-Floodplain Overlay) District to RS5-FP (Single-Dwelling Residential-Floodplain Overlay) District to allow detached residential development. The property is located at 751 W. 29th Terrace and includes 1.262 acres. This application was submitted concurrently with a rezoning request for detached residential development zoning (Z-16-219) and a preliminary plat (PP-16-00221)
The Planning Commission considered this item at their July 25, 2016 meeting and voted 9-1 to forward the rezoning to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval. |
