RE:	Vacation of Right-of-Way, 2301 Ponderosa Dr., Requested by Commerce Park Investments, LLC

Background

On June 21, 2016, the City Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the vacation of right-of-way; described as:  Frontage Road, Commerce Park East, aka 2301 Ponderosa Drive.

Commerce Park Investments, LLC has requested the vacation to expand their parking lot which will increase the number of off-street parking stalls on-site and reduce the amount of on-street parking on Ponderosa Avenue.

All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified.  No objections were received. 

Action Request

Conduct public hearing to consider a vacation request submitted by Commerce Park Investments, LLC, to vacate the right-of-way described as: the area designated as Frontage Road, 50’ north of the North property line of Lot 1, Commerce Park East, 2301 Ponderosa Drive.
