RE:	Vacation of Right-of-Way, 1145 Pennsylvania Street, Requested by Staff

Background

On June 7, 2016, the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of right-of-way; described as:  the north 10 feet of 12th Street right-of-way, adjacent to 1145 Pennsylvania Street (Lot 109 on Pennsylvania Street).

Staff has requested the vacation due to an existing structure in the City right-of-way.

All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified.  No objections were received. 

Action Request

Conduct public hearing to consider a vacation request submitted by staff, to vacate a 10 foot portion of City right-of-way located adjacent to 1145 Pennsylvania Street in Lot 109 on Pennsylvania Street.
