April 2016 Monthly Permit Reports

The Building Safety Division issued 188 building permits in April, with total construction for the month valued at $9,068,686.  Total permit fees assessed for the month were $74,001.  Permits were issued for seventeen (17) new residential projects, including sixteen (16) single-family dwellings and one (1) duplex.   Staff Report Monthly Report Year to Date Summary
