Accept dedications of easements and rights-of-way for the Final Plat of Alvamar Inc. One Addition, PF-16-00051, for Alvamar Planned Development, a five (5) lot subdivision containing approximately 64.722 acres, located at 1800 and 1809 Crossgate Drive and associated easements. Submitted by Landplan Engineering, for Eagle 1968 L.C. and Stacia D. Fritzel, property owners of record. |
Background
The Final Plat of Alvamar Inc, One Addition, a five (5) lot subdivision that includes residential and non-residential uses associated with the Alvamar Golf Course/County Club located at 1800 and 1809 Crossgate Drive, was administratively approved by the Planning Director on April 29, 2016 pending the City Commission’s acceptance of easements and rights-of-way.
The proposed street name for the new street extended from Crossgate to Bob Billings Parkway is “Birdie Way”.
The plat includes new utility easements to be located around the perimeter of the lots. An existing utility easement will be vacated along the west side of proposed Lot 1.
This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of utility easements and rights-of-way as shown on the plat and vacation of an existing utility easement as shown on the plat. The Final Plat and Administrative Determination documents are attached.
Action
Accept the dedication of rights-of-way for Birdie Way and accept the dedication and vacation of utility easements as shown on the Final Plat, PF-16-00051, for Alvamar Inc, One Addition Plat.
