·         SE-16-00090: Approve a Special Event Permit at 4931 W. 6th St. for a KU pole vault competition.

·         Reject bids for PW1534 and set bid date of April 12, 2016 for HERE project sanitary sewer service lines and waterlines to be included in Project No. PW1417 and approve changes to cost-sharing agreement.

·         Set bid date for 2016 Microsurfacing, Patch, Overlay, and Concrete Maintenance Program.

The plan proposes 31,625 sq. ft. of commercial development in five buildings with four drive-thru uses indicated.
