RE:	Sun Creations Tent Sales: Special Event Permit SE-16-00063

Description

Final-four tent sales at 2300 Louisiana, March 27 – April 9, 2016.  Application submitted by Sun Creations, for AWG Acquisition LLC, property owner of record.

Similar events have been held in this location in the past; however, more than four (4) administrative permits have been requested for this property for this calendar year so this special event permit requires approval of the City Commission.

Staff Recommendation

Planning staff recommends approval of the Special Event Permit SE-16-00063 for Final Four Tent Sales at 2300 Louisiana Street from March 27^th through April  9^th  2016.

Action

Approve SE-16-00063, if appropriate.
