CONSENT: · Set bid date of 04/12/16 and accept the Traffic Control Plan for Bid No. B1604 – Sunny Side Drive, Louisiana Street to Sunflower Road Waterline Replacement. · Accept dedication of Tract A and C, Fox Chase South Addition No. 3 from Devco, Inc., and Marla, LLC to the City of Lawrence. · Set a bid date of April 12, 2016, for Bid No. B1611 – Replacement HVAC Units (2) for the Kansas River Wastewater Treatment Plant.
REGULAR: · City Commission discussion and direction regarding sales tax reserve fund. · Farmers Market Agreement · Consider Final Development Plan, FDP-15-00642, revisions to the approved plan for a mixed-use development at 1101 Indiana Street, reducing the number of parking spaces by 77, adding an access point to the parking garage from 11th Street, and limiting occupancy to only those uses supported by the reduced parking. This application does not include a related rezoning and preliminary development plan request to accommodate the construction of a parking garage on property immediately south located at 1137 Indiana Street. That request will be considered by the City Commission upon a recommendation of the Planning Commission and after Historic Resources Commission decision. Deferred by City Commission on 1/26/16. · Reconsider a request to rezone, Z-15-00471, approximately .972 acres for a Gun Range from IG (General Industrial) District to IL (Limited Industrial) District, located at 1021 E 31st St. Submitted by Richard G.
