RE:	Sidewalk Dining License Public Hearing

RND Corner Grille has applied for a Sidewalk Dining & Hospitality License at 801 Massachusetts Street.  The applicant was unable to provide the required written statements from all adjoining property owners and tenants expressing a lack of objection to the proposed sidewalk dining and hospitality uses. In order to approve the license, the City Commission must hold a public hearing to determine whether to issue the sidewalk dining and hospitality license.

The applicant and adjacent property owners have been notified of the public hearing date as required by City Code (6-1206C).

ACTION:      Hold a public hearing and consider approving a sidewalk dining and hospitality license for RND Corner Grille located at 801 Massachusetts Street. Submitted by Zachary Marten, BNR Grille One, LLC.  Find that it is within the public’s interest to approve the hospitality license for 801 Massachusetts Street, if appropriate.
