Westwood Hills: Accept dedications of easements and rights-of-way for Final Plat, PF-15-00614, for Westwood Hills 9th Plat, located at 1041 N 1700 Rd. (330 Dole Dr.) Submitted by BG Consultants, Inc., for Wedman Construction, property owner of record.

 

Background

The Final Plat of Westwood Hills 9th Plat, a 6 lot residential development located at 1041 N. 1700 Road (330 Dole Dr.), was administratively approved by the Planning Director on January 25, 2016 pending the City Commission’s acceptance of easements.

 

This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of a utility easement and right-of-way as shown on the plat. Right-of-way along the north side of Lot 1 adjacent to N. 1700 Road is being dedicated as well as an internal utility easement along the east side of Dole Drive. (Figure 1) A copy of the Final Plat and Administrative Determination are attached.

 

Action

Accept the dedication of right-of-way and the utility easement as shown on the Final Plat, PF-15-00614, for Westwood Hills 9th Plat.
