RE:	Vacation of Utility Easement, 1918 E 23^rd Street, Cornerstone Plaza LLC

Background

The owners of Cornerstone Plaza LLC, Mike and Donna Hultine, proposes the vacation of 3.25’ of a 10’ utility easement for placement of HVAC equipment (see attached application).  The east side of the building is the only place to locate said equipment.

All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified.  No objections were received. 

Action Request

Conduct public hearing and pending discussion, approve Order of Vacation for a utility easement at 1918 E 23^rd Street, as requested by property owner Cornerstone Plaza LLC, Mike & Donna Hultine.
