Adopt on first reading, Ordinance No. 9195, to rezone (Z-15-00524) approximately 3 acres from County A (Agricultural) District to RS10 (Single-Dwelling Residential) District, located at 1041 N 1700 Rd. (PC Item 3A; approved 8-0 on 12/14/15)

·         Approve annexation (A-15-00525) of three acres related to Westwood Hills.

·         Advanced Meter Infrastructure Assessment - Authorize & Execute ESA, Project UT1507

·         Bob Billings Parkway Corridor Improvements, authorize staff to negotiate contract for design.

·         Conduct a public hearing and consider recommendations from the Historic Resources Commission to designate the following properties as Landmarks on the Lawrence Register of Historic Places:
