RE:	The Bottleneck Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License

MT Bottle Enterprises Inc, d/b/a The Bottleneck, 737 New Hampshire Street, has applied for a Sidewalk Dining and Hospitality License and has submitted all required documents. The related site plan (SP-15-00214) is also on the December 15, 2015 consent agenda.

Staff recommends approval of the site plan and sidewalk dining and hospitality license for MT Bottle Enterprises Inc, d/b/a The Bottleneck.

ACTIONS

Approve Site Plan SP-15-00214 for a use of right-of-way permit to use the adjacent sidewalk as a hospitality area for The Bottleneck, 737 New Hampshire Street. Submitted by Hernly Associates for Seven3seven, LLC, property owner of record.  Approve sidewalk dining and hospitality license for The Bottleneck, 737 New Hampshire Street.
