Sidewalk Dining & Hospitality License Annual Renewals

 

Background

Sidewalk Dining & Hospitality Licenses renew annually on November 1st.  As part of that process, and pursuant to City Code, the City Clerk mails to all adjoining property owners of record and tenants of such property notification that the Licensee is seeking to renew the Sidewalk Dining Licenses and that said persons or business entities have thirty (30) days from the date of the Notice within which to submit in writing to the City Clerk any objection to a renewal of the Sidewalk Dining License.

 

City staff has notified the adjoining property owners and tenants that there will be a public hearing on November 17th regarding the Sidewalk Dining License renewals.  To date, staff has received no objections to the license renewals.

 

ACTION

Hold a public hearing, if necessary; approve license renewals, if appropriate.
