Duncan called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
Review and approve minutes from August 27, 2015 meeting.
After review, Gaston made a motion to approve minutes from the August 27, 2015 meeting. Seconded by Blanchard Pass 4-0.
Review other topics of discussion for mechanical portions of 2015 IRC
Staff pointed out two items that were added for clarification in the 2015 IRC: The minimum size of additions requiring a Manual J is being added as 100 square feet, air duct leakage tests may be waived when a whole house air test is performed.
Continue discussion of changes to 2015 IMC
After review, Blanchard moved to accept the proposed changes to the 2015 IMC. Seconded by Epperson. Pass 4-0.
