Background

The Burrough’s Creek 2^nd Addition Final Plat was administratively approved on September 23, 2015, subject to conditions of approval. The plat was then placed on the City Commission’s October 13^th agenda for acceptance of dedications of easements.

Project Description

No additional right-of-way is being dedicated with this plat. Utility easements are being provided to facilitate the extension of services to the individual lots. A pedestrian/utility easement is provided along E 12^th Street as the sidewalk will be located on private property. A landscape easement is provided on Lot 9 for protection of a large Bur oak.

Action

Accept the dedications of easements, if appropriate.
