Items on r-o-w: wood/sticks being used as fencing/soil retention?, wire fencing off two separate areas which appear to be for containment of gardening, wire trellis type structure over the driveway apron, piles of wood fencing panels, accumulation of concrete rubble, large hay bale. Also there are approximately 4 small trees planted in recent years - possibly fruit trees, the complaint was that the owner had removed a street tree from this area.
