RE:	Vacation of Drainage Easement, 2604 & 2608 Lazy Brook Lane, Grand Builders, LLC

Background

On April 21, 2015, the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the vacation of a drainage easement; described as:

The north 7.5 foot drainage easement of Lot 19, Green Meadows No. 2, (aka 2608 Lazy Brook Lane); and the south 7.5 foot drainage easement and the east 15 foot drainage easement of Lot 20, Green Meadows No. 2, (aka 2604 Lazy Brook Lane), a Subdivision in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas.

The owner Grand Builders, LLC, proposes the vacation to build a fence. 

All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified.  No objections were received. 

Action Request

Conduct public hearing and approve order of vacation for a drainage easement at 2604 Lazy Brook Lane and 2608 Lazy Brook Lane, as requested by property owner Grand Builders, LLC.
