RE:	Dedication of easements associated with the Northwood Addition No. 3 Minor Subdivision, MS-15-00038, a six-lot Minor Subdivision Replat of Lots 8, 9 & 10 in the Replat of Lots 5 through 18 in Block 2, Northwood Addition, Lot 1 Minnesota Addition and the north 10 feet of W. 4^th Street right-of-way adjacent to the property. The property contains approximately 46,395 SF and is located at 345 Florida Street.

Background

The Minor Subdivision for the Northwood Addition No. 3 was administratively approved by the Planning Director on March 6, 2015.

The Minor Subdivision has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of a 15’ utility easement and the vacation of 10’ of W. 4^th Street right-of-way as shown on the plat and the acceptance of an additional 10’ of utility easement in the center part of the subdivision in the rear of the proposed lots.  

A copy of the Minor Subdivision and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Accept the dedication of utility easements and the vacation of the north 10’ of W. 4^th Street right-of-way as shown on the Minor Subdivision, MS-15-00038, for the Northwood Addition No. 3.
