Overland Park	$60,000 combined single limit for injury to, or death of, one or more persons, and for damage to property including baggage or other property of a passenger carried in or on said taxicab, resulting from any single accident, by reason of the carelessness or negligence of the driver or operator of such taxicab, with a property damage deductible, if any, not to exceed $500 above which all claims shall be referred to the insurance company for handling.
Emporia	Statutory minimums
Wichita	Liability coverage of $100,000 for the injury to, or death of, one person in any one accident and, a limit of not less than $300,000 for the injury to, or death of, two or more persons in any one accident, and to a limit of not less than $50,000 for property damages in any one accident or the minimum limits that may be established by state or federal laws for the type/size of vehicle or number of passenters transported.
