RE:	Acceptance of Easements for the  Here Addition Final Plat, PF-14-00441 located at 1101 and 1115 Indiana Street (PF-14-00143)

Background

The Final Plat of Here Addition, a one lot subdivision located on the southeast corner of 11^th Street and Mississippi Street in the Oread Neighborhood, was administratively approved by the Planning Director on January 13, 2015. There were no conditions of approval.

This Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedication of easements as shown on the Final Plat. A copy of the Final Plat and Administrative Determination are attached.

Action

Accept the dedication of easements as shown on the Final Plat, PF-14-00143, for the Here Addition
