RE:	HERE Project (1101 Indiana Street): Inquiry on City support

HERE Enterprises, LLC, is currently investigating the possibility of redeveloping the 1101 Indiana Site into an upscale, mixed-use, student housing community. In conducting analysis on the financial feasibility of the project, the company approached staff regarding the possibility of qualifying for a 12-year, 95% NRA rebate program and a stand-alone IRB to receive a sales tax exemption on project construction materials.

Staff is currently working with the company to gather necessary information to examine project eligibility. A request from the company is anticipated in the next few weeks.
