RE:	Rock Chalk Park Development Agreement

Per City Commission direction on July 2, 2013, the proposed development agreement has been modified to reflect the following:

• Section 9.03 has been revised to require monthly meetings and reviews of all infrastructure costs as further detailed in this revised section; and
• Section 11.01 has been modified to remove legal fees, loan origination fees, and loan interest fees from the construction management fee.  Exhibit I is being modified to reflect this last change.

Staff and legal counsel will be available to review the revised agreement with the commission at Tuesday’s meeting.
