·         Second and final reading of Ordinance No. 8856, ordering through the exercise of eminent domain the condemnation of fee simple title to private property interests commonly located at 1106 Rhode Island Street, and authorizing the filing of a petition in Douglas County District Court (the ordinance was adopted on first reading on May 7, 2013).

 

·         Set bid date for Project PW1309 - 6th & George Williams Way signal Improvements.

 

·         Adopt Resolution No. 7027, authorizing issuance of $250,000 in general obligation bonds for improvements on 6th Street and George Williams Way.
