TWO (2) HEAVY DUTY WATER TRUCKS WITH DUMPING FLATBEDS – B1312
Parks and Recreation requested bids for two heavy duty water trucks with dumping flatbeds. They will be used by the landscape crew to haul and spray effluent water for trees in medians. They will carry approximately 8,000 pounds of reclaimed water. These trucks will replace units 511 and 555 which have high mileage and high maintenance costs. This purchase was approved in the 2013 budgeting process.
