RE:	Moving Services for Temporary Library

ACTION:      Authorize reimbursement in the amount of $29,479.75 to the Lawrence Public Library for moving services related to their relocation to the temporary library site at 700 New Hampshire Street.

The Lawrence Public Library solicited proposals for moving services related to their temporary relocation to 700 New Hampshire Street during construction/renovation at 707 Vermont Street. Beltmann Group was selected by the Library to complete the move. The move was completed in January 2013, and the Library paid Beltmann Group a total of $29,479.75. The Library now requests reimbursement in that amount from the bonded library project account. City staff recommends approval of the reimbursement.
