Farmland Benefit District – PW1224

 

 

Resolution No. 7003 and Resolution No. 7004 which established the Public Hearing date for the Farmland Benefit District contained an error.  To ensure that the creation of the Benefit District is correct, the process will need to be restarted.

 

Therefore, presented for the City Commission consideration is the adoption of Resolution No. 7011 and Resolution No. 7012 establishing March 5, 2013 to hold the Public Hearing for the Farmland infrastructure Benefit District. 

 

This setback will not affect the bidding of the project.  The schedule is as follows:

 

  • February 19, 2013

City Commission establishes March 5, 2013 for Public Hearing
  • February 22, 2013

Publish Resolution No. 7011 and Resolution No. 7012 – 1st Publication
  • March 1, 2013

Publish Resolution No. 7011 and Resolution No. 7012 – 2nd Publication
  • March 5, 2013

Hold Public Hearing
  • March 12, 2013

Receive bids
  • March 26, 2013

Award Bid

 

Action Request.  Approve Resolution No. 7011 and Resolution No. 7012 establishing March 5, 2013 for the Public Hearing for Farmland infrastructure improvements.
