RE:	Approval of Golf Cart Lease

On September 18, 2012, the City Commission gave their approval for the Parks and Recreation Department to accept the low bid from E-Z-Go for the lease of 62 golf carts and 8 utility vehicles (see attached memo).  

E-Z-Go and their financial partner, PNC Equipment Finance, LLC, have asked the city to include the name of PNC Equipment Finance, LLC, in the agreements and the City Commission action language as the lessor. The previous agenda item did not specifically mention PNC Equipment Finance, so staff requests re-approval of this procurement with the language below.

Action: Award bid for 70 golf vehicles for the Parks and Recreation Department to E-Z-Go/PNC Equipment Finance, LLC (lessor), for $56,714 per year for the next four years.
