ACTION: Direct staff as appropriate
· Concur with the recommendation of the Traffic Safety Commission to approve a request to establish no parking along the south side of Dakota Street from Louisiana Street, east to the sidewalk (approximately 100 feet) and adopt on first reading, Ordinance No. 8812, establishing no parking along the south side of Dakota Street from Louisiana Street, east 80 feet.
