The Parks and Recreation Department is replacing playground equipment at John Taylor Park.  The equipment is old and needs to be replaced.  The City is receiving a $20,000 grant from KaBoom which should cover approximately one third of the cost of the new equipment.  The equipment being sold will be disassembled and sold for parts.

Recommendation Action: 

Approve sale of surplus playground equipment on Gov Deals.
