RE:	City Boundary Description - 2011

Per KSA 12-517, “before the last day of December in any year in which any territory has been added to or excluded from any city, the governing body of such city shall declare by resolution the entire boundary of the city.”

Attached is a map depicting the areas annexed in 2011 as described in Resolution No. 6960 declaring the boundaries of the City. This information will be provided to the County Clerk, Register of Deeds, and KDOT.
