The Building Safety Division issued 176 building permits in November, with total construction for the month valued at $7,858,197. Total permit fees assessed for the month were $51,955. Monthly and year to date comparisons to previous years will be tracked throughout 2011 in the following table:

The highest valued project for the month is for a renovation of the Poehler Building at 619 E 8th St, valued at $4,400,000. One permit was issued for a public project, for structural repairs and building systems upgrades at 1600 Haskell Ave, valued at $44,740.
