The following equipment meets or exceeds the criteria for replacement, or is no longer useful to the City. We request City Commission approval to sell the surplus equipment on Gov Deals as we have done in the past

 

INFORMATION SYSTEMS EQUIPMENT

Information System has replaced approximately 30 PCs.  Approximate 2/3 of them are nonfunctioning with parts missing.  There are also several nonfunctioning LCD monitors.  All nonfunctioning equipment will be sold in one lot as scrap.  The remaining outdated computers have the hard drives pulled and will be broken down into lots to be sold. 

 

Recommendation Action: 

Approve sale of surplus equipment on Gov Deals.
