City approves Resolution 6842 and Resolution 6843 setting out the findings and determination of the Governing Body and ordering the improvements |

Project Status: The project included the construction of Fairfield and Exchange streets, sidewalks, curb and gutter, water main, sanitary sewer, and a lift station. The projects are complete.
Benefit District: All
costs (100%) are being paid for by the benefit district. The benefit district
includes all property in the Fairfield East Addition (map attached). Property
owners have 30 days from the publication of the ordinance to pay the assessment
in full or the costs will be collected over ten
(10) 20 years with
property taxes.
Action Requested:
Open public hearing and, pending comments, approve Ordinance 8679 and Ordinance 8680 levying the assessments for the costs of the improvements for Fairfield East Addition No. 1.
