Repairs at Traffic Building - 445 Mississippi

Public Works staff is coordinating repairs at the City owned Traffic Division building located at 445 Mississippi.   The current estimate for the repairs is approximately under $15,000. The east wall/foundation is sinking. The building has developed large cracks in the north and south wall.  See attached photos.    This is a critical repair work which was not budgeted for 2011 or 2012.  Funding for these repairs will come from the City’s capital improvement reserve fund.
