AFAD, Inc., d/b/a Briggs Automotive Group, wishes to run fiber optic cable under the City’s Rights of Way at Four Wheel Drive and West 29th Terrace to inter-connect several of its buildings. The cable will run under the City’s Rights of Way approximately 350 feet. Consistent with other users of the City’s Rights of Way, AFAD, Inc., has agreed to pay the City $1,000.00 and to execute a Right of Way License Agreement governing its use of the Right of Way. City Staff prepared and approves the Right of Way Agreement

Action Requested: Staff requests the City Commission to authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement with AFAD, Inc., d/b/a Briggs Automotive Group, allowing it to use the City Rights of Way at Four Wheel Drive and West 29th Terrace for the placement of approximately 350 feet of fiber optic cable in accordance with the terms of that License Agreement, if appropriate.
