Please place this item on the August 16, 2011, City Commission meeting agenda.

The GaDuGi SafeCenter is holding the 5K Boo!Run on October 30, 2011, on the Kansas River Levee Trail. GaDuGi has requested donation of standby medical services, and permission to close the city parking lot on the southeast corner of N 2^nd St and Locust St (see attached map) for children’s events during the race, from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

ACTION:       Approve donation of standby medical services and the closure of the city parking lot on the southeast corner of N 2^nd St and Locust St for the GaDuGi SafeCenter 5K Boo!Run on Sunday, October 30, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
