Set a bid opening date of September 6, 2011 for Bid Number B1139 2011 Electrical Preventive Maintenance

Project Description

Utilities Department is requesting to bid fifty five (55) electrical management devices (out of 155) for preventive maintenance.  The electrical management devices control power delivery to the controls and motors within the Utility Department.  The controls and motors are used in the treatment and transportation of the water and wastewater systems.  The electrical management devices are located at the water and wastewater treatment plants and remote locations within the city.  This preventive maintenance program helps to ensure the reliability of the electrical components tested and the items they provide power to.

Project Funding

Funding for the work is from the 2011 Operations and Maintenance fund.

Action Request

Set a bid opening date of September 6, 2010 for Bid Number B1139 2011 Electrical Preventive Maintenance.
