We have received the attached application for a Temporary Use of Public Right-of-Way Permit for the Lawrence Busker Fest in downtown Lawrence from 08/19/11-08/21/11. The request is for the following use of the streets and sidewalks:

ACTION: Approve a Temporary Use of Public Right-of-Way Permit for the Lawrence Busker Fest for the use of sidewalks and 10 parking stalls in front of 900 Massachusetts Street, and the closure of the 100 block of E 8th Street and the 100 block of E 10th Street on August 19-21, 2011.
