Partial Vacation of a Utility Easement June 28, 2011 City Commission Agenda |
On June 28, 2011 the City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request by LCHT Accessible Housing, LLC, Tenants to Homeowners, Inc. to vacate the south one (1) foot of the east sixty-eight (68) feet and the east one (1) foot of the south one hundred sixty-four (164) feet of a utility easement in Block 1, Lot 1, Accessible Residential Options West Subdivision, currently addressed 2218, 2222, and 2226 Yale Road.
The vacation request is to clear the title on three buildings constructed over 25 years ago that encroach up to seven inches into the listed easements.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 200 feet, were notified. No objections were received.
Action Requested:
Open public hearing and, pending discussion, approve order of vacation.
